This item was designed in our Parisian creative studio and made in Asia in our partner's workshops.
The 2 days we take to process orders (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). During certain periods, particularly during sales and when other marketing initiatives are being run, we may need longer to process your order due to increased order volume;
The time it takes our courier to get your package to you. Once shipped, you can expect your package to arrive within 3 to 8 working days, depending on which delivery method you selected at checkout.

Damage caused by incorrect handling, abusive or non-standard use, professional or commercial use, intentional or accidental physical alterations, or outside events such as lightning, water damage etc.

In the case of Products received as a gift against purchase (examples: a product purchased, a product offered / a minimum purchase made, a product offered...): the Customer must return the product(s) purchased that the Customer wishes to return as well as all the products offered with his/her purchase. No exchange can be made for products received as a gift in exchange for purchase;

Avoid contact with corrosive or chemical products often found in perfumes and makeup.
We recommend removing your jewellery during physical activities, including sports, manual work (like DIY, gardening, or cleaning), and water-based activities (such as swimming in the pool or sea). Remember – your jewellery doesn’t like water! So try to avoid contact during bathing, handwashing, or doing the dishes.
We also suggest taking off your jewellery before going to bed.
Gently rub the surface of your jewellery in a circular motion.
Repeat if needed.
Use our cleaning lotion – apply it directly to the piece and let it sit for one minute.
Gently scrub the surface using the brush provided.
Repeat the process if needed.
Wipe the jewellery with the polishing cloth, and don’t hesitate to buff the surface to restore its shine.
Remove the leather inserts from your jewellery
Place the jewellery in its original case OR in a jewellery box. Always take care to keep your pieces of jewellery separate: don't let them get jumbled up.
Store your jewellery and accessories in a clean, dry place, away from light and, above all, dust!
