You may cancel and return your order within thirty (30) days from when you receive it (the cooling-off period), without having to give any reason for doing so.

If you are in Metropolitan France, all you have to do is go to your orders in your account and click on 'return' to start the process. We will take care of return shipping costs by means of a pre-paid label, which we will send to you once we have approved your return. 

You then have fourteen (14) days from when you began the return process in order to send us your product(s). 

You will not receive a refund if you fail to include the return label inside the package.

If you are not in Metropolitan France, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Please email to let us know you would like to return items.

For countries outside the European Union, you are responsible for all applicable customs duties and tax levied by the country in question. 

For returned items (excluding personalized products), you may request: 

  • A new one: this only applies if your product has defects, and depends on whether the product in question is in stock.*
  • A refund: these are made within 14 days from when we receive the returned product. Refunds are issued solely to the payment method used to make the original purchase. 

 Products must be in their original condition and packaging. All products are inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. 

Only products purchased through the website may be returned to us. Likewise, products purchased on our website may not be returned to Les Georgettes by Altesse stores or stockists. 

Refunds for returned products are issued to the payment method used to make the original purchase, namely your credit or debit card, or PayPal account. They are made within fourteen (14) days from when we receive the product(s). 

For orders paid for using a gift card, refunds are issued to the payment method used to make the original purchase. Thus, amounts paid using a gift card are refunded by issuing you with a voucher which may be used on our website for up to 1 year. Where part of an order has been paid using another payment method, this is refunded to the payment method used to make the original purchase.

*Our guarantee only applies if our items are completely broken. They should be tightened and loosened carefully and as little as possible to stop them being broken. However, if you notice an item has any kind of fracture, you must alert us so we can exchange it for quality reasons before it breaks completely.
