The French Loyalty Programme The "WE ARE GEORGETTES Club" is developed and managed by ALTESSE, a simplified joint-stock company with a single shareholder and share capital of 1,000,000 euros, whose head office is located at 7 Rue Auber, 75009 Paris, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 801 233 925. These general terms and conditions define the conditions of participation in the Programme, which allows members to collect points in order to earn advantages depending on both the amount and the frequency of purchases made on the www.lesgeorgettes.com/ website.

 

1. MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS

The "WE ARE GEORGETTES Club" is a Loyalty Programme for which membership is open to any interested natural person, strictly for personal use and restricted to a single account per person. Companies, organisations and any other legal persons cannot participate in the Programme.

By becoming a member of the Programme, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these general terms and conditions, which apply to the Programme (the "General Terms and Conditions"), in their entirety, as well as any modifications that may be made thereto.  We recommend that you regularly review these General Terms and Conditions and all the related rules to which they refer, as well as the summary of questions and answers provided to help you fully understand the membership conditions and the operation of the Programme, which may change. These General Terms and Conditions are separate from any other general terms and conditions related to the purchase of our products or to other programmes or agreements.

By joining the Programme, you also agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy, and by the Terms of Service for the www.lesgeorgettes.com/ website. If you do not expressly accept the General Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy on our website www.lesgeorgettes.com/, you cannot participate in the Programme. Programme membership and the associated advantages are governed at the sole discretion of ALTESSE, which may terminate the Programme or modify the membership condi

tions, operating rules or advantages offered at any time by publishing the modified elements on the www.lesgeorgettes.com/ website. By continuing to participate in the Programme after these publications, you are deemed to have agreed to said modifications.
 

2. PROGRAMME REGISTRATION

To register for the Programme and enjoy its advantages, you must have an ALTESSE customer account (in your "My Account" space), approve your Programme membership, and accept these general conditions. The following information is required to join The "WE ARE GEORGETTES Club" Loyalty Programme: last name, first name, email address.

ALTESSE manages a loyalty programme in each country where it is present. Each customer can only accumulate points within the framework of the loyalty programme in the country in which they are registered, and according to the general conditions of the applicable Loyalty Programme.
If you do not have an online Account, you must create one by logging in to www.lesgeorgettes.com/, clicking on the "Log in" icon, and following the procedure described under "Create an account". You must approve your membership in the Programme and accept these General Terms and Conditions.

Registration is completely free and there is no obligation to purchase. Each email address can only be associated with one Account. In the event of a dispute over the holder of an Account, the Programme member will be deemed to be the holder of the email address provided during registration. The authorised Account holder is therefore the natural person to whom the relevant email address has been assigned by the Internet access provider, online service provider or other organisation responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain name associated with the email address provided.

You agree to provide the honest, accurate, current and complete information required to create your Account, including the information that must be provided to view your Account on the www.lesgeorgettes.com website, and to promptly update this data so that it can remain accurate, current and complete. If you provide false, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete information, or if ALTESSE has reason to suspect that your registration data is false, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete or that you are abusing your Programme membership in any way, ALTESSE has the right to suspend, terminate or reject your current or future use of the Programme. Each member is solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the personal information required to access their Account, updating and correcting it directly on www.lesgeorgettes.com
 

3. OPERATION OF THE LOYALTY PROGRAMME

The WE ARE GEORGETTES Programme is a way to reward and thank our loyal customers for purchasing our products and for participating in the activities we offer online. You can earn points and achieve different Programme statuses by making qualifying purchases or performing different actions. When you earn points and achieve a certain status, you will receive the advantages and rewards associated with the status achieved, which may change or be available for a limited period.

The French Loyalty Programme The "WE ARE GEORGETTES Club" includes several statuses determined by the number of points a member has accumulated. Each point has a validity period of 12 months. Accumulating points does not renew the validity period. You can benefit from the status associated with a certain number of points.

The day you join the Programme, you become a Status 1 member and can enjoy the corresponding advantages. You do not need to collect any points to remain at the first Status. If you collect enough points, you can reach Status 2 and then Status 3.

For online purchases to count towards the Programme, you must be logged in to your Account at the time of purchase. However, if your Account is closed for any reason and you create a new Account, any purchases made prior to the new Account registration date are not eligible for points. Additionally, you will not be able to recover the points from your old Account to transfer them to your new Account.
You can collect points in different ways:
You can receive one point per euro, including taxes, spent on LES GEORGETTES products, whether at their normal, sale or reduced price, or on the online store. All LES GEORGETTES products purchased count as eligible purchases.

In addition to your purchases, you can also earn points for the following online interactions:

Registering for the Loyalty Programme automatically earns you 5 points. Opening a newsletter earns you 2 points, and a click earns you 4 points. Answering a satisfaction questionnaire earns you 10 points.

The above points are credited according to the member's email address. The number of points, if any, awarded for each action is determined by ALTESSE, at its sole and reasonable discretion, and is in any case subject to a maximum number of points for each action.

Only purchases made via your Account on the www.lesgeorgettes.com/ online store are eligible for the Programme.

Points are credited within 24 hours:

  • For any online purchase, provided that you placed the order via your account.

Points are revoked within 24 hours:

  • If they were credited due to a technical error on the part of LES GEORGETTES;
  • If they were earned through fraudulent means or other activities that violate these Terms and Conditions;
  • If an entire purchase is returned or cancelled, it being understood that in the event of a partial return or cancellation, only the points corresponding to the part of the purchase that is returned or cancelled will be revoked;
  • In the event that your Account is closed for any reason.

  • Directly via your Account when you are logged in to the www.lesgeorgettes.com website;
  • In emails regarding the Loyalty Programme that you may receive;
  • By contacting our Customer Service Team.
     

4. CLUB LEVELS AND ADVANTAGES

As a member of the Programme, you can earn points, which determine your status and therefore your advantages. Points can never be redeemed for cash. You must be logged in to your Account to use your advantages. Eligible Programme members may receive offers by email if they have not opted out of receiving emails. Offers can only be sent by email or SMS, so you must ensure that you have provided a current email address and/or mobile number.

CLUB LEVELS
Les Georgettes has 3 membership statuses according to the number of points accumulated:
-             Level 1: Happy
This status includes all newly registered members and members who have accumulated fewer than 199 points on their account over a rolling 12-month period on www.lesgeorgettes.com.

-             Level 2: Passionnate
This status includes all members who have accumulated between 200 and 499 points on their account over a rolling 12-month period on www.lesgeorgettes.com.

-             Level 3: In love
This status includes all members who have accumulated a minimum of 500 points on their account over a rolling 12-month period on www.lesgeorgettes.com.

ADVANTAGES
The different statuses entitle you to various advantages, as detailed on our website, www.lesgeorgettes.com. These advantages will change and evolve. ALTESSE reserves the right to modify these advantages over time without notice.

In any case, the advantages cannot be exchanged and are neither compensable nor refundable (in cash or otherwise). Our loyalty offers cannot be combined with other promotional offers.

5. TERMS OF SERVICE FOR THE REWARDS

The Programme rewards, advantages and offers can only be redeemed while stocks last. If your online order is not completed for any reason, any offers or rewards will be removed from your basket and will no longer be available.
 

6. WITHDRAWAL

Any breach of these General Terms and Conditions, any abusive or fraudulent use of the advantages offered by the Programme, any behaviour that is prejudicial to the interests of ALTESSE, or any falsification of the information submitted by a member or by a third party acting on behalf of a member, will automatically result in the cancellation of their membership and the revocation of their points or any advantages they may have obtained, without compensation of any kind. We reserve the right to exclude you from the Programme or to discontinue your participation in it and to verify your Account at any time, at our sole discretion.
 

7. PROGRAMME DURATION AND MODIFICATIONS

ALTESSE reserves the right to modify this Loyalty Programme at any time and invites members to consult it regularly on the www.lesgeorgettes.com website. We may, at our discretion, cancel, restrict or retract these General Terms and Conditions, our FAQ and/or the Programme, or any aspect or feature of the Programme at any time without notice, although such changes may affect the value of rewards or advantages that have already been accrued or earned and/or the ability to redeem accrued rewards or advantages.
ALTESSE also reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Loyalty Programme, subject to the requirement to inform the Programme members in advance (one month).
In the event of a definitive cessation, members will be informed by email, and members cannot exercise recourse against Altesse for any reason whatsoever. No modification or deletion will entitle members to compensation.

 

8. LIABILITY

ALTESSE cannot be held liable for the direct or indirect consequences of any anomalies or malfunctions related to your loyalty account, whatever their causes. Neither ALTESSE nor its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners or licensors can be held liable, in contract, warranty or tort (including negligence) for (a) business interruptions; (b) delays in access or interruptions to the Programme; (c) non-delivery, loss, theft, misdelivery, corruption, destruction or alteration of data; (d) loss or damage of any kind resulting from transactions or the presence of third-party links on the website or the use of any Programme rewards or advantages; (e) computer viruses, system failures or malfunctions that may occur in connection with your use of the website, including by way of hyperlinks to or from third-party websites; (f) any inaccuracies or omissions in the Programme content; or (g) events beyond our control. We make no claim or guarantee that defects or errors will be corrected.
You hereby agree that no claim or action, in contract, warranty or tort (including negligence), arising out of or relating to your participation in the Programme, use of any rewards or other advantages, or these terms and conditions, shall be made by you more than one (1) year after the event giving rise to this claim or action. If you are dissatisfied with the Programme, closing your Programme membership is your only recourse. We have no other obligations, commitments or liability in this regard.

 

9. PERSONAL DATA

ALTESSE collects personal data concerning members when they join The "WE ARE GEORGETTES Club" Loyalty Programme on the www.lesgeorgettes.com website or in stores.

If a customer already has an account on the www.lesgeorgettes.com website and wishes to subscribe to The "WE ARE GEORGETTES Club" Loyalty Programme, all they have to do is complete the online procedure and fill in the missing data required to participate in the Loyalty Programme, if necessary.

The online account data that is not modified when joining the Loyalty Programme is considered to be up to date in the member's profile, and is intended to be used within the framework of The "WE ARE GEORGETTES Club" Loyalty Programme, according to the terms and conditions provided herein, as well as the Privacy and Cookie Policies.

The following information is required to join The "WE ARE GEORGETTES Club" Loyalty Programme: last name, first name, email address. If this information is not provided, it is not possible to participate in the Loyalty Programme and receive the offers or advantages.

The other information requested by ALTESSE at the time of joining is requested to get to know each member better and, if necessary, to send them communications adapted to their profile and preferences; it is not mandatory.

ALTESSE begins storing information regarding each member's purchase history and use of the services as soon as the latter presents or provides information to identify them in the loyalty programme. This information is necessary for the member's eligibility for the various Loyalty Programme advantages and to ensure their successful delivery. Additionally, this information is used to send members offers, news and personalised advertising based on their previous purchases and/or interests. This information allows us to provide a more personalised experience, in line with our legitimate interest.

Retention period: information regarding members is stored by ALTESSE for a period not exceeding the necessary period for the purposes for which it was collected, i.e. for the duration of your participation in The "WE ARE GEORGETTES Club" Loyalty Programme, in addition to the applicable legal limitation periods, especially for the purposes of storing proof of transactions and meeting its legal obligations.

Recipients. Information regarding members is communicated to the ALTESSE service providers who are involved in the management of The "WE ARE GEORGETTES Club" Loyalty Programme. ALTESSE undertakes to conclude a contract in accordance with the regulations in force with any service provider who processes personal data on behalf of Altesse, thereby ensuring that all the necessary measures to guarantee the protection, security and confidentiality of the data processed by the service provider are implemented.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 relating to the protection of personal data, each member has the right to access to information concerning them, the right to rectify or complete inaccurate or incomplete information, the right to object to the transfer of information to third parties, the right to object to their information being used to send them commercial solicitations and, more generally, the right to object to any form of processing at any time. Retention period: information regarding members is stored by ALTESSE for a period not exceeding the necessary period for the purposes for which it was collected, i.e. for the duration of your participation in The "WE ARE GEORGETTES Club" Loyalty Programme, in addition to the applicable legal limitation periods, especially for the purposes of storing proof of transactions and meeting its legal obligations.

Recipients. Information regarding members is communicated to the ALTESSE service providers who are involved in the management of The "WE ARE GEORGETTES Club" Loyalty Programme. ALTESSE undertakes to conclude a contract in accordance with the regulations in force with any service provider who processes personal data on behalf of Altesse, thereby ensuring that all the necessary measures to guarantee the protection, security and confidentiality of the data processed by the service provider are implemented.
