When you receive your package, please remember to check that the packaging is not damaged. If it is, please refuse the package and let us know using the contact form.

On the website, you will find information on the availability of products. If we are unable to send you a product you have ordered within the period specified due to it not being available, we will let you know by sending you an email and/or calling you. As part of our mission to provide you with the very best service, we will however offer an alternative product with a similar price and features. If you do not wish to receive this substitute item, we will automatically cancel your order.

Items are delivered with a gift box, except in the event of shortages or force majeure, and come with a gift bag or gift pouch. During sales or when other marketing initiatives are being run, Altesse reserves the right to stop putting products inside gift boxes before shipment, due to an increase in orders to be processed. You will nevertheless receive in your gift box inside your package.


How do I know if my order has been shipped? 

As soon as your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email including a tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey.

How can I track my package? 

You can track your parcel on our delivery partner's website, entering the tracking number that is sent to you. Please note that you will only be able to track your order the day after you receive the tracking number by email.

When will I receive my order? 

We process Chronopost orders in priority. If you place your order before midday, your package will be delivered to you within 1 working day in France, and between 2 and 3 working days in Europe. The delivery time (including preparation and transport) is between 1 and 8 working days, depending on the carrier and the country of delivery chosen.

The average delivery time includes:

  • The 2 days we take to process orders (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). During certain periods, particularly during sales and when other marketing initiatives are being run, we may need longer to process your order due to increased order volume;
  • The time it takes our shipping courier to get your package to you.

Please note that delivery times may be longer during busy periods (sales, Black Friday, etc.) If the delivery of products is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, we will let you know as soon as possible, give you a new delivery date and make every reasonable effort to keep any inconvenience caused to a minimum.

At Les Georgettes, we love to travel and currently deliver throughout France, Europe and the UK!

Standard delivery (shipped in 2 working days) begins at 4,80€ Standard delivery is FREE for all orders over 35€.

Express delivery is FREE for all orders over 120€.

You don't have to enter any promo code when paying, as our free delivery waiver will be automatically applied at checkout.

Orders are shipped from France.

For deliveries outside the European Union, you are responsible for all applicable customs duties and tax levied by the country in question.
